ABOUT BORN TO LOVE:

In this Hakomi introductory weekend you will learn how to blend the  foundational Hakomi principles and techniques with attachment theory.  As humans, our capacity to form warm, intimate bonds with one another (i.e. to attach) is largely influenced by our early experiences with our caregivers. Hakomi offers a potent methodology to bring these influences – these attachment styles – into consciousness. By mindfully exploring  sensorimotor patterns and their accompanying belief systems, Hakomi offers a pathway to healing habitual limitations from childhood which get re-enacted in adult relationships. That is what this weekend is about.
